Team Building: Play Your Way to a Stronger Team

In today’s workplace, the ability to listen, adapt, and embrace the unknown is more valuable than ever. Yet, many teams find themselves stuck in rigid ways of thinking, struggling with communication gaps, or lacking a true sense of connection. That’s where improvisation comes in.

My team-building workshops are designed to break the ice, spark creativity, and help teams function as a dynamic, connected unit. Through playful and interactive exercises drawn from theater, movement, NVC, and emotional intelligence training, participants learn to trust each other, respond in the moment, communicate more peacefully, and develop a deep sense of collaboration—all while having fun.

More than just a corporate activity, these workshops provide a profound human experience. They create a space where employees can step out of their professional masks, rediscover their spontaneity, and even reconnect with their inner child—the part of them that once explored the world fearlessly, laughed freely, and took creative risks without hesitation. And when we bring that energy back to the workplace, everything changes: meetings flow with ease, innovation flourishes, and colleagues support each other in a way that feels natural and alive.

Each session is tailored to the team’s needs, whether it’s improving communication, enhancing leadership skills, or simply creating a moment of lightness and joy in a high-pressure environment. And for those who want to take it even further, there’s the option of a full retreat experience, where improvisation meets nature, deep introspection, and collective performance.

Curious to see what this could unlock for your team? Let’s talk.

Terra Preta Theatre Camp: Cultivating Space for Abundance

Building upon the principles of improvisation and personal growth, I also offer immersive theatre camps. The last camp, Terra Preta: Cultivating Space for Abundance, took place last winter at the breathtaking Camino Art House in Gran Canaria, where participants spent a transformative week reconnecting with their bodies, voices, and creative instincts.

This camp was a deep dive into letting go and making space for something new—both on stage and in life. Through improvisation, movement, and storytelling, we explored what it means to release old patterns and embrace new possibilities. Every day, we played, created, and challenged ourselves in a supportive, intimate group. The week culminated in a collective performance, a powerful expression of the transformations each participant had undergone.

Due to the incredible feedback and the magic we experienced, I am considering hosting this retreat again—but only if at least 10 people are ready to commit to the journey. If you feel the call to step into a space of play, connection, and creative expansion, let me know! Once we gather enough interest, we will find a date that works for everyone and bring Terra Preta back to life.
